What helped you guys get through a miscarriage the most?

Honestly what helped me the most was when I began to share about it more with people. We hadn’t told hardly anyone about the pregnancy, so I felt very alone when we miscarried. But then I actually posted a tribute to our lost baby on the day we could have “announced” the pregnancy (what would have been 12 weeks) and it was super healing to me. Honestly that and my faith in God have helped get me through.

I know this may sound cold, but to just keep moving and not letting it interfere helped me. Yes the emotional part is being dealt with now but for the main part had to deal with physical first as I tend to let depression take hold and couldnt as I have 4 yr old who counts and needs me. So at first I dealt with physical and am just now dealing with the mental aspects.

Positive and caring friends and family mostly for me. Someone to reassure me everything was ok & it wasn't my fault. I beat myself up about it thinking I could've done things differently to prevent it. 😟 also knowing that I can try again & that the miscarriage wouldn't affect my chances of having a healthy pregnancy after

To be honest getting a puppy helped me a lot and she got me through it with my husband and kids

I’m not even sure, following this post. 
I’ve had multiple m/c’s so I started doing testing; blood testing and HSG Test which came out normal but it helped give me a piece of mind trying to be proactive even though there’s not much you can do to prevent m/c. 
Hope, we’ve started TTC again and I’m trying to be optimistic although hard, but helps w/partners support.

To be honest? Just feeling my feelings... and also eating. Lots of allowing myself to eat whatever I felt like. I’m not sure it’s good advice though. But crying when I felt the need to and releasing my anger when I felt mad.
