PCOS (Progesterone pills)
I’m hoping someone has experience with taking progesterone on specific cycle days due to pcos. I’m supposed to take them cycle day 16-25 but my cycle has been longer than 28 days. According to my OPK I should be ovulating in the next 24-48 hours.
I’ve read that progesterone stops ovulation... tomorrow is my cycle day 16. Should I wait to take it until cycle day 18 so my body can ovulate?? Or will it not effect it.
