Im starting to try and lose some weight again!

Maybe a year ago, I lost a lot of weight. I worked as a house keeper, and the physical labor 5 days a week, got me motivated to eat healthy and drop some pounds.

I moved on to another job, and gained all the weight I lost back.

Im starting slow, no soda, drinking water, eating a little healthier day by day, a small amout of some kind of workout a day.

Anything that has helped someone else out that could help me out would be greatly appreciated!
