Can’t seem to lose the weight...

So my pre pregnancy weight was 185lbs... I’m almost 4 months pp and can’t get rid of the extra weight. I currently weigh 211.4lbs. Before my pregnancy I was starting to change my habits but then I got pregnant and of course cravings came along... after giving birth I went down to 205lbs but all of sudden I’m back at 211lbs. I honestly feel like I’m drowning in my own body.. I desperately wanna lose weight but when I step on the scale I get discouraged.

Does anyone here have a plan of what they eat to help me out. Ive googled a bunch of plans but it’s all bullshit diets... I’m just curious to know what’s everyone eating on here that’s causing them to lose weight. Oh and I’m exclusively breastfeeding...in case that matter!
