What’s next?

If any of you have taken Letrozole and not ovulated on it, what was the doctors next step? My follicles are staying under 10mm. He’s going to up my dose to 7.5mg for one cycle to see if that works but I’m wondering what he would have me do if it doesn’t?

So I took 5mg letzerol and my follies didnt grow, so I was immediately "stair stepped" to take 7.5 mg for another 4 days, i had 2 great size follies and I'm now 24 weeks prego. I would ask them about stair stepping you in the same cycle.

I did clomid and a Letrozole combination for a few cycles and when my body stopped responding as well (and it wasn’t working) we moved onto injectibles- specifically follistim. I’d think that would be your next step and more than likely either gonal-f or follistim as well as a trigger.

I ovulated on letrozole, but didn't get pregnant.  We next did ivf and are 12 weeks today.
