LH surge or no?
I got the first (I think positive) opk this morning and the second obviously negative one a few hours later. I’m guessing I had the LH surge and then it was over when I tested again?
I’m 4 months pp and testing opk 2x/day to avoid birth control. So I’m thinking I might ovulate based on this morning’s test and should avoid sex?
