I NEED HELP!!!!

Yvonne • Mon, Sep 23 • I suffered 2 miscarriages but God allowed me to be a mother to a beautiful Rainbow Baby Girl!!

I have had to stop breastfeeding my 16 month old daughter it has been 48 hours since her last feeding and of course my breast are still producing milk they hurt so bad this morning I broke down and hand expressed the milk out because it was so painful...How or what is the quickest way for the milk to dry up??? Can anyone please help me????
