Pee most likely. How often are you changing their diaper?  I usually change my 7 month old like every 2 hours while she’s awake and twice through the night and have since she was born.

Probably pee! Are you letting the diapers get too full? Is it a boy? Are you making sure to point his penis downwards in the diaper? We had this issue a lot in the beginning! It could also mean the diaper is too small.
