Tips on drying up milk?

Please no judgement. I’m 10 days PP and my breastfeeding experience hasn’t been the best and my birth experience was worse. Please, if anyone has any tips on helping milk dry up quickly or less painfully, please share! I’m a little past 24 hours on not pumping or breastfeeding and I’m wearing a supportive bra. The pain is there but it’s not terrible yet unless I’m holding my baby and he is pushed against them.

Cold cabbage leaves in your bra, hand express only as much as you need to in order to be comfortable, and drink a lot of peppermint tea.

Cabbage leaves didn’t work for me. I took Sudafed every six hours and I was completely dried up in 2-3 days

I know how i did it is not recommended but i would pump out a little bit maybe twice a day just to get rid of some of the pain i also hand expressed every now and then too and massaged my boobs my milk dried up id say withing 3-4 weeks after having my son

Don’t touch ur breasts at all if you can avoid it. Also while ur in the shower turn away from the water so the hot water doesn’t directly hit them. I hope this helps good luck 🍀 congrats on ur little one.

Ice packs and gentle massaging to prevent blockages and express very little..only to help engorgement

No milk tea by pink stork. Got it on amazon and I was dried up in like 3 days.

I have heard cabbage leaves in your bra is supposed to work, I'm not sure, with my 2nd, I didn't breast feed and I didn't know of this trick, so I left my breasts to stop on their own,. As painful as it was, they just shrunk after few weeks
