Every since I turned 26 my periods has become such an issue where I will have extreme bloating, nausea, heavy periods etc. It has been so bad that by day 2 I’m completely sick and stuck in the house laying down. I struggle to get to work during my menstrual cycle. I have never taken birth control but I have been looking up some different options that might possibly help me. I am also getting married in March and I think it’s the perfect time to start looking at contraceptive options for me because I’m just lost at what to do anymore. I was thinking of using the patch and read up on the side effects it makes me nervous because my body doesn’t do well with new medicine but I think it might be worth the chance. Has anyone had any positive experience with the patch? Or have any other suggestions. I’m going to be see seeing my doctor in a week in a half so any advice I will appreciate.
