FTM - Did i have a contraction?
I was laying in my recliner and suddenly i felt a strong period like pain in my lower right pelvic. In that same area my stomach got hard, and then the pain radiated to me lower back and went away after about 15 seconds. I have never felt this pain before so just wasnt sure if this could have been a contraction.
