What is generally the first sign of pregnancy/ besides a missed period?

Just to confirm that a missed period isn’t always the first sign & that every pregnancy is different for each woman, mine was a swollen ankle one night & my ankles NEVER SWELL! 
I freaked. 
Then my throat became sore before my bfp. 
My body had already picked it up & the blood was flowing! I found out at 9dpo. 
My 4th baby & I’m so excited!

Before I was pregnant I smoke weed/cigarettes and they gave me such bad headaches which was not normal for me I tested 2 days later and it was positive I was only 3-4 weeks when I got my positive

A cold. I had/have a bad cold. I tested before a missed period and got BFP. The sign for me was the fact I never get sick so I knew something was up- we had been actively trying aswell so was kind of expected.

With both pregnancies, I had a lot of dizzy spells before I took my test. With my second pregnancy, I was nauseated about a week after conception but thought I’d had food poisoning.

I didnt have any symptoms until about 8 weeks then the nausea started for me.
