Pregnant again after D&E miscarriage?

Please no judgements for all I want is advice and experiences from people who have done and gone through the same as I have.

I had a D&E on August 30th due to an incompetent cervix where my water broke too early and the pregnancy was only at 19 weeks. Too early for the baby to survive outside the womb. I noticed two weeks after the procedure my pregnancy test was negative and my opk control line was super faint. So today my fiance and I had sex (about 3 weeks and 3 days.) So today I decided to check my opk again today and this time the line was a little darker but was light enough to be a negative LH surge. Does that mean my body is getting ready to ovulate?! I'm soo scared. Does that mean if the control line gets a darker it means I will for sure ovulate within a few days?! Has anyone gotten pregnant right away and not even had their first cycle yet?!
