Okay, so since I was 9, I've had no boobs, like there's lumps, but literally I'm flat no joke, I'm getting older now (15) and I'm wondering why do boobs develop for some, but not others? Literally everyone has got theirs who used to be flat.

What's with that?

Don't get me wrong, I just want them so guys can stop comparing my chest to others, it pisses me off
