emergency section advise please?

has anyone been able to have a natural birth 2nd time round after an emergency section? my cervix was stuck around my little boys head after 13 hour labour, so i was rushed to get a section which took 2 doctors to get him out as he was stuck tight. I really want to have another baby soon but I worry I can't have a natural birth

If they had to put a vertical incision in your uterus the first time around, you will have to get a repeat c-section. The likelihood of a vertical incision bursting during labor is too high. So that should be your first question to your health care provider!

I’ve had a few friends deliver vaginally after a c-section. Every person is different and every birth is different. I hope it all works out in the end ❤️

My first was an emergency C, I am aiming for a vbac due Nov 9th. My dr is supportive and has seen many successful VBACs. But as everyone has said every birth is different.

My best friend had a successful vbac. Her doctor told her she would have to have another csection if her second labour was under 2 years from her csection. If not then she could try for a vaginal birth. All worked out in her case.

I’m not an expert on the subject but i think you may have to get another c section because your body wasn’t able to deliver naturally the first time so it probably won’t be able to again the next time.

Every birth and delivery is different. Your body reacts differently each time, you could have a vbac but you’d need to find a dr willing to do one, some drs won’t.
