Wedding Story & Photos!

El

Damn, was it a crazy day!!

My SIL & MIL added extra services to their hair appointments to the point where I couldn’t afford to get my own makeup done because I was left with no money in my account. My dad came to the rescue and paid for my makeup. Then they went to get ready on their own, leaving me without anyone to help me get ready. Again, dad came to the rescue and helped me get my heels on.

My fiancé was left alone all day with a screaming baby because no one bothered to check up on him. Thankfully, when the time to get ready came, my family was there to help him.

His family didn’t show up for photos. Wedding rings were forgotten. And the photographer BACKED INTO OUR RENTAL TRUCK. He told me 2 minutes before walking down the aisle.

Once the ceremony started, everything was perfect. It was beautiful and my fiancé and I were so happy. I couldn’t have asked for a better ceremony!

AND THEN after the kiss, I stepped on something that went into my foot. My now husband had to pull it out in front of everyone! And then as we walked back down the aisle, he forced his ring on because it was too small to go over his knuckle. That’s when we realized it was now stuck on the wrong hand.

We walked down the beach, things getting stuck in my feet the whole way, just to stand on a pier covered in bird shit. Barefoot.

By the time the reception came, I needed to sneak out for a cigarette 😂😂 his family took up our whole table so I didn’t get a chance to spend any time with my family.

We left the reception in pouring rain and went to the grocery store still in my dress and his wedding clothes!! We spent our wedding night applying itch cream to the hundreds of big bites gotten from the beach and he downed a bottle of wine so we could get that ring on the right finger!! We then spent the night smoking cigarettes, bitching about our families, and hanging out with some 60-70 year old men by the pool😂😂😂

The trip ended with his siblings upset that the vacation wasn’t about them and we didn’t go out of our way to see them after the wedding. They’re in their 20’s.

Overall, our 3 month old was the most well behaved person on this trip and was an absolute angel throughout everything!

We’re back home, about to move into our new house, and excited to spend our lives together! ....2,000 miles away from our crazy families 😂😂😂😂😂😂
