Implantation symptoms?

Help! So I have been experiencing lower dull cramps since 5dpo on and off through the days. Then this morning (now 10dpo), took a test and it was negative. Then I spotted a little with bright red just now but my period is isn’t supposed to be for another 5-6 days! Is it possible that the these were implantation cramps with the bleeding now? And if it is my period, did anyone experience their cycles getting shorter and shorter when ttc?

I always believed implantation bleeding to be pink or brown blood and not a lot of it. And also implantation bleeding is actually rare, barely anyone ever gets it. It could be your period coming, but you’re not out until AF comes. Test when period is due. And I did have cramping at the beginning of my pregnancy (20w tommorow 🤰🏼) cx
