Miscarriage caused by conceiving ro soon after a d&c?

(I put this in general TTC because maybe it has happened to a lady before but not while TTC the babies shes currently trying for)

My doc said to wait a cycle before TTC. The heat of the moment took us in a moment of grief (consolation comes in all different ways) and we made love, but we only used pull out method...

I just now got a faint positive 6 weeks post d&c. I'm worried I'm pregnant and might miscarry again because I was stupid and didnt use a condom because we didnt have one in the house.

It wasnt so dark a positive that I'm extremely worried, but not so light that i feel i can brush it off.

Anyone get pregnant before their next cycle with a d&c and turn out fine?
