Hey, I had sex on the 15th of August and on the 24th of August. Protected, he finished in me, but the condom was intact. I'm not on the pill.

I got my period on the 6/7th of September (usual date).

Glow says my ovulation is on the 21st. I've been experiencing very slight cramping, and saw a little blood too. The spotting has been there for three days, very little, irregular. And the cramping is just today.

Does anybody have an idea as to what's going on?

I've been taking beetroot juice three days a week, and I've been eating a lot of dates.
