Not sure what's going on...

I recently got married on September 19th of this year... Ever since the wedding night we haven't used protection. My period was due on the 21st but it never came. We had sex throughout that week and quickly got a yeast infection. I've been cramping some and I've even wiped so much blood that I thought I was on my period but it only lasted a day..  I'm not sure what I need to do or if I should just be parties and wait.. Thanks in advance
