I started seeing this guy a few months ago and he asked me to be his girlfriend after about a month he said that he thought we had jumped into it abit to quick he had basically moved in to mine

So we pulled it back to more casual he didn’t stay as much etc

Things started to progress more after this he said I should contact him more but after about 2 weeks of him saying this I have hardly seen him he’s now not really answering my calls.

it feels we have basically gone back about 20 steps, he says he’s stressed with his job and that.

Should I just stop contacting him as I feel I am putting more in than he is ?
