I’m tracking my bbt and on CD8 had a temperature spike from a slight fever after getting my flu shot. I’m currently on CD18 and just ovulated yesterday and saw a spike this morning. Should I remove the CD8 spike from my chart? I’m not sure if it’ll alter my cycle readings.
