4 1/2 month old with icing?

So we went to our little cousins birthday party Sunday evening. While I had went up to get my slice of cake my 4 1/2 month old was just chilling in his bumbo on the table. I came back to see that another family member had given my son some icing. It was probably smaller than a dime size amount but I was still frustrated. He hasn’t started baby food yet! She doesn’t have little ones so I know she doesn’t understand that they have to be a certain age and how RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL it is to feed someone’s baby/child without parents consent. I just worried because he’s never had anything other than formula. Will he be okay? He doesn’t seem to be acting or feeling any different. I was so worried it would upset his belly.

Edit: there was 3 or 4 people sitting around the table he was sitting on, he wasn’t just sitting on a table in his bumbo alone! Lol
