So I just got off the phone with my mom and sister. And I asked them what they thought about me giving my son a big brother gift (coloring book, a kid book about being a big brother, bubbles, his favorite snack and candy and 1 or two hot wheels) He’s been an only child for 6 years now. I thought the ideal would be cute and also I didn’t want him feeling left out. Well my mom and sister were kind of negative about it saying my son should be getting or making the baby something and then they went on saying there not going to forget him or anything. Idk their responses pissed me off and annoyed me. Like duh I know y’all aren’t going to forget about him it’s just I know he won’t be getting all the attention he’s use too or maybe I’m being hormonal and doing to much. Just wanted to know y’alls thoughts?
