What the best long term birth control I can use that won’t damage my body too much??

I feel like the pill has the least long term effects.

My friend had an iud and it burrowed into her uterus and caused her to become infertile... It doesn't happen to everyone but just knowing someone it's happened to made me find a better way...

I got pregnant on both the shot and the pill so I would not recommend them and I have had friends that have got the IUD some loved it and others had some terrible complications from it and had to have it removed and some who had the arm implant and the only thing they complained about was that it caused them to have bad acne. Good luck!

Out of those the IUD would probably be the best because the hormones stay in the uterus and don't go into circulation

I will never ever recommend the depo shot to anyone.

An IUD is the only one that hasn't taken me to hell and back. I could feel the strings but for most women they become covered in cervical mucus and women don't notice them anymore. They are also low to no hormone.

I’ve heard awful things about depo shot side effects. I would never do it.
I did take the pill for years and then switched to an IUD.  For me, I preferred the IUD.
