My BF loves to suck my boobs 🤷‍♀️ the next day, I always notice my boobs are bigger & tender. Is that normal? If he sucks my boobs hard & long enough will they lactate?

It’s common for breast to enlarge after massaging/stimulating. Hormones like estrogen and progesterone makes breast cells grow and engorge with blood, making them tender/swollen.

You can only lactate if you a pregnant/had a baby, milk doesn't just chill in your tits lol

So it is possible to induce lactation without being pregnant or giving birth (like women can lactate after having a hysterectomy..so really the reproductive organs are not necessary to lactate). However... it takes MONTHS of hard work and dedication to produce milk without the aid of prescription medications or herbal supplements. So basically your bf would have to suck on your tit for 20 plus minutes 8 to 16 times a day, every single day, for like 1 to 3 months before you ever started producing... and even then, not sure how that would work because I've never tried to induce lactation without meds before lol. So I mean...technically he is right... but it would be an insane amount of work and not sure you would have the time to dedicate to it lol. 
So in short, him sucking on your breasts hard only a few times here and there will not cause you to lactate. Even if he sucks hard on them once or twice a day, every day, it would not be enough to cause lactation. Good luck, have fun, and be safe.

Don’t let people shame you into thinking this is a dumb question because no questions about your body are dumb,  okay girl? 
You can’t lactate from your breasts if you aren’t pregnant or breastfeeding. Hope this helps ;)

Why do we shame people for them not knowing certain stuff? A lot of people don’t have sex ed classes or their parents don’t speak about sex openly. They have to find out on their own. This app is to help other women out

It's possible because lactation can be induced through stimulation. That would be a very interesting thing for you to update.

That is normal if he’s sucking hard. And technically yes you can start producing milk but it’s not likely.
