Period or implantation bleeding?

So today is day 31 of my cycle. I think I started my period but it’s very light. It looks and smells like period blood, but it’s so light I don’t need a tampon. Usually the first day is somewhat heavy and I also poop. No poop today at all. We have been ttc for 4 months. We were reallly hoping I am pregnant this time. I’m so distraught-

My implantation bleeding did not smell. It was very light in color and there was not much, but it did last for two days.

Mine had no smell all I had was 2 pin size dots on the tp and i didn't think much of it because I gave up on trying until almost a week later I tested postive on a home pregnancy test
