Amber teething necklaces??

I’ve been hearing about amber teething necklaces! What are your thoughts on them? Safe? Effective? Do they actually work?? Please anything would help so comment below! 😄

They worked great for all 3 of mine love them. Yes they are worth it wish my other 5 had them but never knew about them then. Just don't put baby to nap or bed with it on and it's not for actual teething to chew on. Change it every 6m to a new and bigger size and never bath were it keeping dry make sure it comes with an authentic certification.

I kept seeing posts on here when my son was teething so I asked my pediatrician about them and she said absolutely not because they’re a choking and strangulation hazard. She also said not to use any medication, so our only option was to use a cold wet washcloth, my fingers, or frozen teething rings. I know it’s not a pleasant time, but it will pass and your baby will be fine. Not worth it to risk your child’s life.

I don’t trust them, personally. I got myself a mama teething necklace....they’re comfortable and my baby loves it! They come in many colors and shapes!

Both of my neighbors swear by them, but I can't help but wonder about the choking hazard.  One says it keeps her daughter from drooling, but I babysat Saturday, and that kid is a drool monster 😂
