Gestational diabetes HELP
So I just got diagnosed today but my doctor literally didn’t explain anything 😑😑 said I had to PAY & go to a class on Friday and they’ll explain everything there 🙄🙄
Any tips? Advice? What to eat? What not to eat? What do I do? Im so confused 😩😩
Currently 25 weeks and don’t know what to expect. Did you deliver healthy babies on time?
