what do I take for constipation??

what can I take for constipation while pregnant without getting diarrhea or stomach ache??? I struggle with both this pregnancy and idk what to do

Colace or miralax are safe to take while pregnant.

I’ve been having the same problem and I drink prune juice like maybe 3-5 cups a day

I take stool softener-that’s the name of it, you can find it at Walgreens, Walmart, etc. Or you can take magnesium citrate. I found that miralax makes it too soft-almost like diarrhea. And the magnesium doesn’t help me a whole lot :/ the stool softener has given me the best results.

I regularly take fiber (benefiber or generic brand) I was approved to take it and it has helped me a lot. Still have issues here and there!

Honestly apple juice or orange does it for me. So every couple of days I drink my juice and I’m a happy camper.
