Vanilla Extract contains alcohol, so I personally wouldn’t use it for teething. Clove oil does work well though..

I use homeopathic medicine called Camilia and also Young Living's Copaiba essential oil. They have a line of investable oils and that's one of them. Great for pain and inflammation. I wouldn't trust any other essential oil company because they aren't all made equally and so you need top quality which theirs is.
