Rash from daycare?

Hi all! My little guy is on his third week of daycare. He is definitely drooling more then usual but I noticed he is getting more of a rash on the days he’s there. His neck and upper chest also have it. Wondering if anyone else had this?
I noticed most this past Friday and it subsided a bit on the weekend but now he came home today more red.

Maybe a little bit of heat rash? Is it hot where you live?

Sometimes my lil guy has such a droolfest going on that it drops down into his chest or even soaks his outfit a bit there. That could be causing a rash there. I use coconut oil to heal and seal it with a vitamin E/Aloe protectant
