how do I track my ovulation if i’m on the pill so I can avoid having sex during that time?

U don’t ovulate on hormonal birth control, as long as ur using it properly. That’s the main way it works to prevent pregnancy, by stopping ovulation. So, it’s completely pointless to track it.

Update your app’s settings to your current birth control. ALL predicted ovulation dates and fertile windows disappear. 
Don’t take OPKs! Hormonal birth control can give false readings.
