I'm 2 weeks and 3 days postpartum and kinda (I'll use this word loosely here) "accidentally" had penetration/sex. My hubby had been dying to jump me since I came home from the hospital. I've been pleasing him in non penetrative ways the last 2 weeks. Last night we were fooling around and he was just kinda resting between my legs and kinda teasing me from the outside. Well long short story he ended up slipping inside and thrusted once or twice before pulling out. It didnt hurt or anything. Heres the 411 on what's going on down there. I'm still bleeding. A reddish color. I had a vaginal delivery with no tears no complications or stitches. I have a 4 week checkup scheduled for OCT 8th. I know there's a risk of infection where the placenta was attached that's one of the main reasons nothing is supposed to go inside for 4-6 weeks. I am also on an antibiotic (amoxicillin) for a sinus cold. So is there a possibility antibiotics would be helping prevent or fight infection. I'm just a little scared and nervous. Should I try to get into my doc sooner because of this? Signs I should watch for? I'm also planning a tubal ligation after my doc clears me for that will this incident cause longer healing time and push that back?
