Breast pain? Help!

Has anyone had pain in their breast around the time of their period after having a baby or breastfeeding? Do I have to go to a primary care doctor or a different type? I had never even been to a gynecologist before getting pregnant or gone to the doctor regularly since probably middle Childhood so it’s all new to me 😭 it started 2 months ago but I haven’t breastfed since baby was 1 month over a year ago. It feels like when a milk duct was clogged and I had to massage it out but only around when I’m supposed to get my period.
