Question

If you were invited to your best friends wedding, would you invite your partner of 2+ years? The invite doesn’t state any names it just says “join us in celebrating” 
 
Or, if you were unsure, would you ask the bride/groom how many people the invite admits? 
 
Long story short, my SO doesn’t invite me to any parties he’s invited to, and is now invited to a wedding, but I’ve never met the bride or groom because he doesn’t invite me out to meet his friends.

I wouldn’t be with someone for 2+ years if I hadn’t met his friends. Why is he hiding you?

As for the wedding part, I’d ask the bride and groom to clarify if you can bring a guest. As for you not having met his friend’s after 2 years? That’s really suspect

Have him text or call the bride/groom if they are close or even email lol. Depending on the size of the event and how close your bf is to his friends, if they knew you’d been dating for 2+ years they would probably include a plus one. 
That being said, we’re planning a smallish wedding for next year (no more than 50 hopefully) and after the family is invited we only really have a few spots left. We’re not going to be able to give everyone a plus one bc then we’d have to cut our guest list of people we actually know and want to invite. If you’re not sure though based on the invites, just ask. I’d much rather have someone ask me.
