Faulty test?

Hi, I just took first test which was blank - no lines at all. Then took this test, left side has weird horizontal lines instead of vertical or blank. Very confused, anyone had this same issue?

It just didn't look like it's done developing since the test window is still all blue.

Could be a dye run or maybe just need a little time to settle for all the dye to go through should take another test maybe a pink dye one baby dust to you✨
