Tested positive pregnancy test but not I'm cramping

Yesterday I was 11 Dpo and today I'm 12 DPO and still tested positive for pregnancy. My period is due in 3 days and 2day I have been feeling cramps and having diarrhea, I'm scared that I may start my periods. What can be the causes of this cramps? Is it possible to a false positive at this stage?
