My son is 3 months old. Normally he's fine to play on his own for short periods of time (maybe 20 mins) but then demands attention (by fussing). Which is fine! Then be normally demands sleep (by fussing). But today and yesterday he's been more than happy to just lie around (playmat, bouncer, the couch, the bed), sucking his thumb and looking around. Then he eventually puts himself to sleep when he's tired. He's not really interested in his toys or in playing with me. He has a bit of a cold and is due for a growth spurt. Could it be due to either of these? Don't get me wrong I'm not complaining about the peace and quiet but I'm just wondering if other June moms have experienced this too. Thanks!
