Helppppp please 😩

I am recent two periods I have only started a few months ago and I have had black/brown spillage for days now I’ve asked my sisters and they do not know what it is they said it’s about to come but I’m not sure because now it is the fourth day and I am worried does anyone know what this is what is happening thank you I’m quite scared since I’m only small
