We tried:
Yoga ball bouncing
Massage
Acupressure
Acupuncture 
Sex
Spicy foods
Breast pumping 
Long walks (4+ miles a day)
Miles circuit (Google it!)
Eating an entire pineapple core
Drinking red raspberry leaf tea
Eating eggplant Parmesan 
And I even had my membranes stripped twice 🤷‍♀️
Still had to be induced at 41+6! She’s stubborn like her mama 😆

I had spicy food, went for a walk and bounced on a birthing ball and I had my daughter that night. 38 weeks 😊
