Fast Flow

My 2 month old baby boy is refusing to nurse, and I think it’s because my fast letdown always chokes him. I feel so bad because I want my boob to be comfort for him, but it’s always tears , screaming, choking, and swallowing air. I’m not sure if I have an oversupply, my breasts never feel over full, but when the milk lets down it sprays everywhere like a fire hose 😅. After the shock of it choking him, he doesn’t want to go back on. I’ve tried laying down, and I’ve tried block feeding, but nothing seems to work. Any suggestions?!
