Omg head everywhere!

Ok so I’m on cd22 and haven’t had a positive opk yet. The latest I’ve had is cd23 but I usually get ovulation cramps and I haven’t had it half as bad?! I’ve been testing since cd14. Only reason I test late is I thought I ovulated later. I ovulated on cd18 last time compared to previous months (cd22-23) I was in the pill for 2 years and have been off it 6 months but trying for 4. My question is could I have ovulated before cd14 and missed it?! Or should I keep testing?? Soo freaking confused right now because If I’ve missed it I have no idea when I’m due af..
