Tranexamic Acid for Painful Periods while TTC

Hi All, I was wondering if any of you have used Tranexamic Acid to combat painful periods and what your experiences have been like? My husband and I are currently trying for baby number one but the period pain each month I don’t get pregnant is debilitating. My provider is pretty vague about why my cycles are so painful when I am not on birth control and just keeps telling me to try and get pregnant as soon as possible because that’s really the only thing that would help (no duh 🙄).
