Yep I take them before bed. I also have reminders on my phone that go off every night that help. But I've never forgotten.

The best way to remember is to take it at the same time each day. Make it become a “habit,” if you will! I HATE taking vitamins and pills. But I’m all about having a bedtime snack. So before I let myself have my snack, I have to take my prenatal first. That way I reward myself with a snack afterwards. Maybe this would be beneficial, to find something that you do every day and just put your prenatal before whatever that routine is. 🤷‍♀️

I take them after brushing my teeth everyday at the same time. It’s just like remembering my birth control before TTC 😊

I usually take them with me everywhere! I always have them in my purse and I have them with me at all times. I usually take them after my first snack, or after breakfast, then I log it immediately. Pregnancy brain is awful for me so sometimes I forget if I took them or not. Hope this helps!

I leave mine on my kitchen counter and make sure to set my purse and truck keys beside them everyday! Whenever I leave for work they are right there in my face so I don’t forget lol
