When I clean my nose there is blood

Hey ladies so I think I have conceived and lately I’ve been having a stuffy nose and when I clean my nose blood comes out but it’s not a nose bleed, I’ve been sneezing out of no where and I have no allergies when I woke up this morning my throat was sore but I just don’t understand what’s going on because I’m not catching a cold or anything. I think it’s too early for me to test because it hasn’t been that long and my period is due in four days but i know I had unprotected sex last Monday and my SO came in me. So it leaves me wondering is it a possibility I could of conceived and be pregnant also my boobs are a lot bigger and sore to the touch which I know that’s a pms symptom but I haven’t gotten any other symptoms
