I started getting positive pregnancy tests on sept 11th, yesterday I had my doctors appt and should have been 6 weeks according to date of last period. My doctor did ultrasound and didn’t see sac. Took blood test and my hcg level is at 3000 and I’ll take another tomorrow which will ultimately tell us a lot more but of course I have googled a lot and know what all it could be I’m really stressing myself out. I had my first miscarriage in Jan 2019 and it was hard. just wanting to see if someone else has went through this and the outcome.
