Do you think you'd survive a zombie apocalypse?

Imagine if there was a zombie apocalypse, do you honestly think you'd survive? Really think it over, not just a quick answer. 
I want to say yes, but in reality I don't think I would. I have a pistol which I always keep on me and I have plenty of pocket knifes. But I'm a picky eater and have a lot of things I'm allergic to. For example one thing is that I'm highly allergic to posion Sumac (which grows in the woods). I hate bugs, especially spiders. I'm not a fast runner and I need glasses to help me see. I also get cold very easily and have sensitive skin.

I know how to garden and shoot, but I do not know how to hunt (where to shoot, what kind of bullets, how to skin and butcher). So I'd be fucked during the winters. I'd last a season or 2.

The only thing I can’t really do is fight, but going to learn that. The important things are what skills help you survive the day to day and what skills help with rebuilding civilization. Mostly that’s forgotten in favor of violence, which is only necessary if you already messed up and for short bursts.

I already have my plan laid out basically. A boat and an uninhabited island, growing my own food and keeping canned non perishables. Bam. You can’t stay living on the continent surrounded by them, you have to go where they can’t.

I think I could, I was raised on a farm, know how to hunt/grow things, have backpacked several times, and know a lot of random survival stuff

My dad is a prepper and we have enough ammo and guns to fill a gun store so hunting is good. We also dont live in a big city though. the only hard part would to drive (25min) to my parents or walk alot longer than 25min if it came down to it but there are alot of back roads to travel on. I would give it a couple years at least.

I think if I had a hole to sit in with some cans of food I could survive.... 1 can of food a week and 1 bottle of water a week? Id only need 20ish of each and I'd be set for 6 months.... Before I died of either loneliness or malnutrition

Honestly, I'd like to believe I'd have a decent fighting chance. 
I'm not allergic to anything, but I am sorta picky. But if it was to survive, I know I'd eat whatever i need to live another day. 
I'm not an absolute outdoorsy person, nor am I a fan of bugs or certain animals (spiders, snakes, or rodents). 
I'd say my biggest set back is kids. I have an almost 2 year old & I'm pregnant with my second. So, that's my major issue.
