Raspberry leaf tea and evening primrose tablets
Any ladies have any previous experiences to share?
I myself had my 3rd daughter on November last year and I took both the tablets but I can't remember at what gestation I started taking them or at what dose but I'm sure they worked as my last labour was only 1 1/2 hours..
Can anybody recommend a dose I know I took more then what it said on the bottle but don't want to take to many RLT are 2g each and EP are 1000mg each
