Ugly vagina

I’m super self conscious of my vagina especially the labia minora. I’ve always thought they stick out more and it’s just ugly. Is there anyway you can reduce the fleshy of it without surgery. I’m so insecure about my vagina and I can’t enjoy oral sex because I’m scared my partner is thinking the same thing I am!!! Please help a girl out with some tips
